1. The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins
Mel Robbins explains the 5 Second Rule as a simple tool to help you get a bucket load of courage and start to change your life. By learning this technique you can start to transform your life little step by little step, and it is so simple that even children can use it (and are using it). 2. The One Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan
This book is great if you want to get more organised at work, but it can also help you get organised in other areas of your life. Gary Keller will take you step by step through various techniques to help you avoid distractions, prioritise work and focus on your most important tasks. Chuck out all your old beliefs about productivity and prepare to be surprised at some of the stuff you are going to read!
3. Do Less, Get More by Shaa Wasmund
James Altucher describes this book as ‘My guidebook on how to live a life filled with meaning’. Shaa Wasmund will guide you through various strategies that can help you get motivated, stay calm and focus on the things that matter most to you. Being ‘less fixed and more flexible’ in your mindset, learning to say ‘no’ – these are all helpful strategies that you can learn here. How do you get to spend more time with the people you love? How do you find the time to do the things that feed your soul? You will find the answers in this book.
